Job Responsibilities​ ​

• Lead and manage new construction plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with provincial codes and standards while supervising team members as needed.

• Execute advanced service tasks, including diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing and heating issues in both residential and commercial settings.

• Oversee and coordinate larger-scale construction projects (in excess of $50K), ensuring seamless integration of plumbing and heating systems.

• Provide accurate quotes for service jobs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of construction and service requirements.

• Perform detailed plumbing work, including rough-ins, fixture installations, and system testing to guarantee optimal performance.

• Take charge of heating and gas fitting responsibilities, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-efficiency boilers, tankless systems, and gas lines.

• Deliver expert advice to clients on safety, maintenance, and optimal operation of plumbing and heating equipment.

• Maintain productivity and quality control on all projects, working independently or collaboratively as required.

• Uphold high company morals and contribute to a professional and friendly work environment.

What Are We Looking For?

• Extensive service industry experience with advanced skills in resolving complex plumbing and heating issues for residential and commercial clients.

• Prior experience in similar roles managing construction jobs with a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale construction projects

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and effective solutions for complex challenges.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Proficiency in drain cleaning, including the use of advanced equipment and techniques.

• Expertise with boilers and tankless systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Test newly installed and repaired equipment for proper performance

• Thorough understanding of provincial codes and standards

• Possess a clean and valid Class 5 driver's license, free of GDL restrictions, minimum 3 years driving history

• Clean criminal record check.

• First Aid, Confined Space, H2S, Fall Protection, and Backflow certification are considered assets.

• Must be a current resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
