Wonderful to work with! They came within the hour on a Sunday (plumber William) he finished his work within the hour (which would normally take longer) to attempt to save us money. He was polite & lovely. He was friendly to my small dogs that cried constantly for attention. He explained all options and kind & patient. I could not recommend this company enough! Plumber William deserves a raise 💸

I had express heating and plumbing replace my failing poly b. The quote was reasonable, follow up booking and communication was excellent by office personnel.
The technicians were prompt, respectful of me and the house, efficient and friendly.
They did excellent work with minimum damage to the walls.
Jaime was an excellent leader taking time to do the job correctly while instructing the others.
I feel he treated my house like his own.

I would definitely use them again and would recommend express heating and plumbing to my neighbors and those on need of services.

I'm very happy with my decision to go with Express! They were able to get me in right away, and James was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to explain what he was working on and answered all of my questions. I have nothing but great things to say about Express. Highly recommend!

I received excellent customer service from Express Plumbing and Heating. I was quoted a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. There were no add ons. The ladies I spoke to were very pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions. The plumber was very professional, he made sure to clean up after himself and he took the time and had the patience to show me how to light the pilot light.
I would recommend Express to anyone

I know I have already posted a review, however, I want to say thank you to the tech., James West. What a pleasant and professional young man. He has been to my house a number of times. Each time he was on time, and worked until the job was done. James even offered to sweep up , so as not to leave a mess. How kind and caring you are James! He did not leave until he was sure I understood what was done and the length of the warranty. James also explained the breakdown of the bill.
I think Express Plumbing and Heating are lucky to have James West as part of their tech team.

Called to have two faucets in my bathroom replaced and the supply lines underneath replaced. Charge was $115/hr and a $25 truck charge. This is high, but in the end I heard they do good work. Technician arrived and got promptly to work, and was also friendly. When complete, was told he will go complete his "billing" in the truck. Came back with an invoice for 2.25 hours of travel time and work @ $115/hr. I should have asked, but I guess travel time from the shop and picking up supplies is charged at the hourly rate, on top of the truck fee. He also included the time he was completing the invoice in the truck! I am also a business owner and if I charged customers time for when I am completing an invoice, I would get laughed at. Work was done well. Friendly. However, charging hourly rates to complete invoices is a little outrageous.
